My husband and I had no clue where to start, and from the very first message on the Knot she was informative, friendly, and knew how to ask us all the right questions so we wouldn't forget anything. She thought of things we didn't even think of, and all of that was BEFORE we ever booked her! Her focus was on our day, making sure we had what we needed even before we decided who we were going with. That's what made our decision. She delivered our cake to our venue which made things so much easier for us, and she was able to do the tasting via zoom meeting to accommodate our busy planning schedule and our life.
